This website does not collect personal data from visitors. It has no contact forms, no visitor accounts, no analytics and no advertising.

• Language cookie: we store one small cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, that remembers the language you chose (Albanian, English or Italian). It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser. It is needed for the site to work the way you asked.
• Staff area: a private area for our staff uses login cookies; they do not apply to visitors.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address and basic request details in server logs to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not use them to identify you.

• Google Maps: the map in the “Find Us” section is provided by Google. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy applies.
• Google reviews: the reviews shown are public Google reviews (names and photos as published by their authors). Our server retrieves them from Google and shows the most recent ones. Reviewers' photos are delivered by our own server, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.
• Links: the links to Instagram and Google Maps, and the phone number, open other services; their own policies apply once you open them.
• Providers we use: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database for our menu, data centre in Frankfurt, Germany). No visitor data is stored in them.

If you call us, message us on Instagram or email pizzeria.napoletana88@gmail.com, we use the details you give only to reply to you. We keep them only as long as needed to reply and, where relevant, to handle your request or complaint.

Under Albanian personal data protection law (and, where it applies, the EU GDPR) you have the right to ask whether we hold data about you, to see it, to correct or update it, to have it deleted or blocked, and to object to its processing.
